Bill Cummings heads up the print and online division of Sound And Vision PR, promoting the latest key releases to the local, British and international media using innovative distribution and promotional techniques that encompass digital, social media and physical promos. He has over eight years experience in promotion and plugging from small esoteric DIY bands like Ten City Nation and Letters to local independent label artists such as John MOuse, Quiet Marauder, and more established independent artists such as R.Seiliog, the Keys and Cotton Wolf. As well as some of the most exciting UK acts of the last few years including The Orielles, Ani Glass, Coquin Migale and Castles. He has also handled print and digital promotion of festivals, he has gained column inches in the likes of the Guardian, Wales Online, NME, Drowned in Sound, The Line Of Best Fit and many other platforms and airplay on Steve Lamacq, Tom Robinson and Adam Walton on Radio Wales. He has a strong background in journalism working as editor on God Is In The TV Zine, with a media degree and a strong appreciation of music journalism and the connections to open doors to those that matter in the music industry. A keen ear for new sounds and a knowledge of how to write impactful press releases that can be distributed and catch the attention of media up and down the land.
